Each state has different regulations on what information needs to be on a notary stamp. Please be sure you provide us with all relevant information for your state notary.
PROOF OF NOTARY IS REQUIRED BEFORE ORDER IS PRODUCED AND SHIPPED.
Typically BOTTOM orientation would be chosen, as most notary seals are on the bottom of a page. If you choose to emboss on a sticker or seal, either orientation will work.
TEXT WILL BE TYPESET AS SAMPLE SHOWS, unless otherwise specified
All of our embossers are made & assembled by hand, right here in the United States!
Impression size: 1.5" (approx.) diameter
*When your commission expires or you move, you can purchase a "Insert Only" to replace old plate. No need to purchase the whole embosser.
Replacement Plate Only = Embosser Plate Only, DOES NOT include embosser body (standard or luxury). If you have any questions about our embossers, please get in touch before purchasing.
Please note:
- Keep embosser in LOCK position when not in use.
- NOT intended for use on cardstock or heavy paper.
- Embossers DO NOT require an ink pad.
- Luxury and Standard Embossers use the SAME plate insert.
